District Attorney Vance announced the indictment of four defendants for engaging in systematic food stamp fraud and related crimes. Each of the four defendants is charged with one count of Misuse of Food Stamps, Food Stamp Program Coupons, Authorization Cards, or Electronic Access Devices and one count of Grand Larceny in the Second Degree.
