Elder Abuse Program
A component of the Special Prosecutions Bureau, the Elder Abuse Program was developed in order to devote more resources to assist Manhattan's older citizens in addressing crimes frequently committed against them. Elder Abuse is defined as any criminal case involving a victim who is 60 years of age or older.
