Manhattan District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau issued the following comment regarding the nomination of his Chief Assistant, James M. Kindler, to the Court of Claims:

“I am delighted that Chief Assistant District Attorney James M. Kindler has been nominated by the Governor to the Court of Claims.  He has had a long and distinguished career with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and he will make an excellent addition to the Court.  I congratulate Governor David Paterson on this outstanding nomination”
