“In service to our nation, Milton Mollen flew combat missions over occupied France and escaped a Nazi POW camp. In service to our state, he spent 24 influential years on the bench, 12 of them as Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department. In service to our city, he broadened housing opportunity and public integrity over the objections of powerful interests.
