Vance Announces $19M in Grant Funding for Diversion, Services

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.’s office is making $19 million in grant funding available for organizations to create programs to divert low-level offenders from prosecution, provide services to youths aging out of the foster system and provide jobs for at-risk youth and former prisoners.
